On October 13th, 2018, "Aging Wine from Helan, Glorious Moment of Mihope" - release conference of Mihope Chateau products was held in Nanyue Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel in Shunde, Foshan. Chief leaders of Midea Holdings, wine distributors from all over the country, domestic and foreign experts, guests from all walks of life and news media gathered together to taste four types of fine wine from the eastern foothill of Helan Mountain and embark on a romantic journey with Mihope wine.

Eight years ago, Mihope Chateau invited domestic and foreign experts to survey and chose the eastern foothill of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, introduced 300,000 high-quality French grape seedlings, and hired domestic and foreign viticulture experts to plan 16 planting sub-areas and conduct fine management. At the same time, Mihope Chateau invited Italian traditional design company LASI to design a simple European-style winery according to the winery positioning, geographical location, planting area, planned production capacity, etc. In the design, the brewing process of natural gravity is applied, he process is carefully designed and selected with high standard, and advanced production equipment for pre-treatment, fermentation, settlement, filtration, cold stabilization and filling is introduced. Mihope endows scientific and rational brewing process with elegant and practical features, highlights the perfect integration of product quality and chateau characteristics. After 8 years of efforts, the first batch of wine finally came out in Mihope Chateau.

 

The release conference was relaxing and pleasant. Mihope Chateau was unveiled in a feature film in an elegant and romantic style, which shows the splendor at the eastern foothill of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, the beauty of hundreds of thousands of grape seedlings, the exquisite elegance of Mihope Chateau, the masterly skills of winemakers ... Many years of unremitting efforts of Mihope Chateau are so vividly portrayed that the audience feel the richness and mellowness of the sound wine in the screen.

 

Product debut: have a taste of the eastern foothill of Helan Mountain

 

The product debut is the climax of the release conference. French winemaking consultant Marc and winemaker Zhou Xing shared the story behind the winery and the four types of Mihope wine. While listening to the story, the audience picked up the glass, gently swirled it, smelt the fascinating aroma, and enjoyed the supreme exquisite taste. Each wine has its own unique flavor, leaving the guests unsatisfactory and aspiring. They have highly praised the Mihope wine.

 

At the release conference, elegant instrumental music, touching songs, carefully prepared food and delicacies, and a string of surprises in lottery draws were all unique experience to the guests. In the cheerful chatting and laughing, the guests enjoyed a wonderful and romantic evening.

Mihope Chateau is affiliated to Midea Holdings. It is located in the Wine Culture Development Center at the eastern foothill of Helan Mountain. With an investment of 200 million yuan, the project covers an area of 120 hectares, including 100 hectares of wine grape growing area, which is fully provided with Israel's precision drip irrigation equipment. The construction area of the chateau is 10,000 square meters, the designed annual production capacity is 500 tons, and its annual output is about 500,000 bottles of quality chateau wine.
